Roommate wanted in Phillipsburg, NJ Transit drives right by the house in Alpha, New Jersey

I am looking for a roommate who may be in similar circumstances as myself. My wasband and I are currently separated with no chance of reconciliation and will be getting divorced. I am 54 and looking for male or female (preferably) who wants to move to or remain in the P'burg. The cost of the apartment, utilities and common used items (paper towels, toilet paper..etc.) will be split ($450 plus utilities) I currently am in a 3 bedroom, fully furnished apartment. I have a third of a building so it's more like a condo then a regular one floor apartment. There are steps so you need to be able to negotiate that. Since my place is furnished all you would just need to bring your bedroom set. I have storage space in the attic for some additional items.  I also have space in a basement for storage. I have 2 cats and if you have a cat that would be fine and a dog could be discussed and is conditional (size...etc), however, there will be a pet deposit. Please note, I am NOT looking for someone young (sorry), but rather someone who is in a similar situation and is looking to downsize and reduce costs. .I have an additional room that could accomodate one child.
